Redesigning Experiences, In Real Life

Our heritage is rooted in creative marketing, and we've crafted our events to reflect the fusion of our expertise in brand-building, advertising, digital media, and experiential marketing.

Consumers today expect to engage with both established and budding brands in an authentic way. Fueled by the ubiquity of social media, the demand for real life experiences has increased. TINSEL creates each event to be both beautiful and purposeful–speaking directly to today's more complex target audiences. We'll throw a gorgeous product launch and hit all your KPIs while we're at it.

Whether it's social media outreach or an entire rebrand, we create events strategically targeted with client goals in mind. From concept design to vendor coordination, we are redesigning experiences beyond the digital sphere and into real life. (Hashtag IRL. Hashtag Insta.)

The Design Process

TINSEL provides custom packages for every type of event, and we ensure that the design process is as easy and seamless as possible. We've worked with small shops and big brands, with intimate dinners and extravagant galas, within the New York City area and all the way to Central America and Europe. Our staff roster of over 65 Event Designers and Producers will ensure that your event is a success.

Step 1: Initial Project Brief

So you want to throw an event? Reach out to TINSEL with a clear idea of the type of event, the purpose, an estimated guest count, and a budget range.

STEP 2: concept design proposal

We create a comprehensive proposal outlining overall design concepts, including detailed mood boards and sketches, tailored to your needs.

STEP 3: the scope of work

Based on discussions and edits to the Concept Design Proposal, we will draft a detailed contract outlining the vision and the scope of work.

STEP 4: timeline and execution

From there, TINSEL will provide a detailed timeline of deliverables to make sure all décor and coordination elements are executed on schedule.

[Experiences are the] evolution of what interactive advertising was a few years ago–anything that pulls people into the brand, digitally or physically. [Experiential Marketing] just has the gas pedal on it now because of social media and technology.
